Recently I decided to try reducing the amount of processed flour and sugars in my daily diet. The required ingredients are minimal, and so is the time needed to whip up these tasty and guilt free muffins. The foundation of the muffin is ground almonds (almond flour), gluten free oats, bananas and honey, after that you can add any of your favorite dried fruits and nuts to create your favorite combination. Served with a dollop of natural peanut butter, or a drizzle of honey, they are sure to satisfy your craving for whole food nutrition, without sacrificing…well anything.
