Peanut Sauce Noodle Bowl

I love experimenting with different types of cuisine. The flavors in Asian cuisine have a combination of sweet and spicy, and the best thing about most of their food is they are packed with vegetables and are super healthy.

Asian Noodle Bowl

I recently made a 10 minute meal that was exceptional! This noodle bowl is bursting with flavor and vibrant colors from fresh cucumber, carrots and sweet peppers. It is a quick weeknight fix, when you don’t have time to prepare a lengthy meal. But…just because it’s quick and easy doesn’t mean that you have to sacrifice nutrition and flavor. This meal is loaded with everything you need to satisfy your hunger, and you craving for a nutritious dinner…and there might even be leftovers for lunch!

There are many different facets of interest in my personal and professional life. My passion for baking has developed over the past several years; I love the satisfaction of sharing my delicious treats with friends and family. My sweet tooth, and love of baking is quite contradictory of my profession. I am a dentist, and currently a post-doctoral student, studying a dental specialty. My other interest is health and fitness...again...quite controversial of my baked goods..but, I believe....all things in moderation. I enjoy running and working out, and even making healthy entrees for my husband and I. After following several other food blogs, I decided, that this would be a new hobby. I wonder how this would be with cashew butter? We can’t have peanut butter in the house, but this looks like it would really hit the spot for a lunch. Thanks for sharing.
